Is Herbal Vanguard a medical app?
No. Herbal Vanguard is an educational wellness reference app. It provides information about herbs, supplements, and wellness protocols for educational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any wellness protocol.
What is HerbAI?
HerbAI is our AI-powered wellness assistant. You can ask it questions about herbs, supplements, cleanse protocols, and general wellness topics. It provides educational responses based on published research and traditional knowledge. HerbAI is available on all tiers with usage limits based on your subscription level.
What are Rife frequencies?
Rife frequencies are specific audio tones associated with wellness practices. Our app includes a built-in frequency player with categories including general wellness, oral health, sinus & ENT, and more. Frequencies are presented for educational and experimental purposes.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your device’s app store. On Android, open the Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. On iOS, go to Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions. You can cancel at any time; your premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Open Herbal Vanguard on your new device and tap “Restore Purchase” in the subscription area. Your subscription is linked to your Google Play or Apple ID account and will be restored automatically.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your wellness diary, supplement logs, and personal tracking data are stored locally on your device and are never sent to our servers. We collect minimal data (anonymous device IDs for rate limiting and subscription status). See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What languages does the app support?
Herbal Vanguard currently supports English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French.
How do I request data deletion?
Since most data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app. For any server-side data (device IDs used for rate limiting), email privacy@herbalvanguard.com with your request.
