Herbal Vanguard is an educational wellness reference application. All content — including herb profiles, supplement information, cleanse protocols, Rife frequencies, and AI-generated responses — is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplement, herbal remedy, or wellness protocol, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have a medical condition.
We do not claim that any herb, supplement, frequency, or protocol featured in the App can diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information presented reflects traditional uses, published research, and educational summaries. Individual results may vary.
Herbal Vanguard offers free and premium subscription tiers:
Subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device’s app store settings.
HerbAI provides AI-generated educational responses about herbs, supplements, and wellness topics. HerbAI is not a medical professional and its responses should not be treated as medical advice. AI responses may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.
The App contains affiliate links to products on Amazon.com through the Amazon Associates Program. When you purchase products through these links, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. Product recommendations are based on educational relevance, not commission rates.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Wellness diary entries and personal tracking data are stored locally on your device. We collect minimal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
All content in the App — including text, graphics, logos, icons, database entries, and software — is the property of Herbal Vanguard or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from App content without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Herbal Vanguard and its owner, BlockchainBuck LLC, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes any harm resulting from reliance on information provided in the App, including herb profiles, protocols, AI responses, or frequency data.
You acknowledge that herbs, supplements, and wellness protocols carry inherent risks including allergic reactions, drug interactions, and adverse effects. You assume full responsibility for your decision to use any substance or follow any protocol referenced in the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
